1. Nature of the service
AdiOdds is an information and analytics platform. Picks, probabilities, rankings, market observations, model outputs and other content are generated or selected using data and statistical methods. They are informational only and are not financial, investment, gambling, legal or personal advice.
2. No guarantee
Past performance, confidence scores and model probabilities do not predict or guarantee future results. Data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate or affected by events outside our control. No pick is certain and no information should be treated as an instruction to place a bet.
3. Your independent decision
You are completely free to use, ignore or independently verify any information. You alone decide whether, where, when and how much to bet. By using AdiOdds, you accept full responsibility for those decisions and all resulting gains, losses, costs and consequences.
4. Assumption of risk
Betting involves a real risk of losing some or all money staked. Never bet money you cannot afford to lose. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to access betting information and place bets in your jurisdiction.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AdiOdds is not liable for betting losses, lost profits, loss of opportunity, indirect or consequential loss, reliance on platform information, service interruptions, third-party services, bookmaker actions or data inaccuracies. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including rights granted by mandatory consumer law.
6. Third parties
AdiOdds does not operate a bookmaker and does not accept bets. Odds, links and third-party names may lead to independent services governed by their own terms. AdiOdds is not responsible for their availability, pricing, conduct or decisions.
7. Account and acceptable use
Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate information. You may not misuse, scrape, disrupt, reverse engineer or unlawfully redistribute the service. We may restrict access where necessary for security, legal compliance or misuse prevention.
8. Changes
These terms are versioned. The current version is 2026-08-10. Material changes may require renewed acceptance before continued use.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, while any mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights remain unaffected.
